Staying overwhelmed was not an option. Being unhealthy and shortening my lifespan was not an option. Constantly obsessing about my short fuse was not an option. I was all in.
So I began to educate myself on holistic mental health and how it affects people , learning what would actually work for me (and why the things I’d tried in the past didn’t work out). I also started incorporating very short, focused strategies into my busy daily routine.
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.
And I did it: I finally started living the life I wanted to live again for good and felt confident in my mind, body and purpose.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same. So I became a certified Stress Management Coach and Mindfulness educator.
