Frequently asked questions
Select the cohort that you are interested in joining and click on the get started button. You will be taken to the page to register. Simply fill out the questionnaire then make the purchase. Closer to the date of the program you will get your welcome package to get started.
You will need to contact your insurance provider to verify that they cover social work services in the province of Ontario. Within a week after your last session you will be provided with an itemized official receipt stating all four sessions you attended broken down by price per session.
Choose a cohort that works best with your schedule. Unfortunately their are no refunds. If you would like to change your cohort you may do so within five days of the start time. Your attendance will be confirmed on your private insurance receipt.
Sessions will be offered through a zoom platform, you can download this application prior to starting the session to test it out.
The program is four weeks long in duration and an hour and a half for each session. Participants are also expected to do weekly tasks.
