My motherhood transformation… 
After I had my second child (making that two under the age of 3), I felt exhausted all of the time. I tried everything not to feel overwhelmed: self-care podcasts, leaving the house, talking it out...

And none of it worked.

After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY mental health and needs… not random fads from people online who aren’t even qualified. 

I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
 
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Staying overwhelmed was not an option. Being unhealthy and shortening my lifespan was not an option. Constantly obsessing about my short fuse was not an option. I was all in.
 
So I began to educate myself on holistic mental health and how it affects people , learning what would actually work for me (and why the things I’d tried in the past didn’t work out). I also started incorporating very short, focused strategies into my busy daily routine.

I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.

And I did it: I finally started living the life I wanted to live again for good and felt confident in my mind, body and purpose.
 
This was my turning point.
 
After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same. So I became a certified Stress Management Coach and Mindfulness educator.

Is this a group program?
Yes. And you will have access to a supportive community of women just like you so you can get the support you need throughout the program.
How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?
The program material will only take you ~1 hr per week to go through. And we recommend you devote at least 20 minutes or less to implement the strategies in your life.
I’m going to be out of town next month, will I fall too far behind? 
The program is 12 weeks, but it’s self-paced. So there is no such thing as “getting behind.”
