Hello, I'm Jodi, your biggest supporter

I have worked along side hundreds of women who have experienced self-doubt, overwhelm, anxious and depressive thoughts and are tired of holding it all together. Trained in cognitive behavioural techniques, stress management, mindfulness and more, AND as a career driven mom myself I know what it takes to help women thrive again in their lives.
I created the Resetting Within program after seeing so many women struggling to create the perfect balance in their life (news flash, it doesn’t exist). As women we often carry the mental and physical load of managing our lives and our families. It doesn’t have to be this way.
“Putting others first at the expense of our own needs doesn’t work. We need to put the oxygen mask on ourselves before we take care of anyone else. And figuring out how to do this isn’t always clear. “

My solutions are evidence-based and can help you get to where you want to be.

After I had my second child (making that two under the age of 3), I felt exhausted all of the time. I tried everything not to feel overwhelmed: self-care podcasts, leaving the house, talking it out…
And none of it worked.
After years of effort and failed attempts, I finally realized that what I needed was a cohesive plan that focused on MY mental health and needs… not random fads from people online who aren’t even qualified. 
I knew I didn’t want to feel this way anymore.
I decided things had to change. That’s when I made my “No Plan B Commitment” to myself.
Staying overwhelmed was not an option. Being unhealthy and shortening my lifespan was not an option. Constantly obsessing about my short fuse was not an option. I was all in.
So I began to educate myself on holistic mental health and how it affects people , learning what would actually work for me (and why the things I’d tried in the past didn’t work out). I also started incorporating very short, focused strategies into my busy daily routine.
I implemented all of the principles I’ve been teaching you up until this point.
And I did it: I finally started living the life I wanted to live again for good and felt confident in my mind, body and purpose.
This was my turning point.
After this, I realized I HAD to help others do the same. So I became a certified Stress Management Coach and Mindfulness educator.

You can get started as soon as you are ready! Start dates are on a rolling bases and you will have access to 8 weeks of live sessions. 

You sure do! This includes any updates to the modules 

You will have access to the learning lessons, action plans, and 8 weeks of live sessions alongside women going through similar challenges. You can get started whenever you are ready and attend the weekly sessions with Jodi.

The program material and the live sessions will only take you ~1-2 hours per week. And we recommend you devote at least 20 minutes or less to implement the strategies in your life.

If you are a career driven woman who wants to feel better in motherhood but is struggling to balance all the things and feel lost in it all, this program will help you get back to feeling like yourself again.

The program is a 4-figure investment with payment plans available. If you are a resident of Ontario and have private health insurance you may be covered under social work services. All insurance receipts will be itemized by date and will detail the service received.
